Policy Development and Employee Handbook Reviews or Creation

  • We can offer sample policies and recommend enhancements for your business utilizing HR best practices with attention to employment compliance.

Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Hiring

  • Let us identify the talent you need and pre-screen your candidates, providing you with a summary of each qualified candidate.

Leadership Development and Program Facilitation

  • Programs are available to help your leaders develop their skills, enhance their ability as key leaders in your organization, and work as a cohesive team.  Standard topics include harassment, coaching, and corrective action, behavioral interviewing, and employment compliance.  Other topics are available and all can be designed specifically for your needs.

Employee Relations

  • Sometimes employees don’t get along and sometimes employees don’t perform at their maximum potential.  Dealing with employee issues requires attention to internal policies and external employment law requirements.  We can coach your leaders on following progressive disciplinary procedures with employees to resolve issues as a way of preventing wrongful discharge situations, legal claims, and/or EEOC complaints.

Human Resource Assessments

  • Having an outside, objective review of your HR policies, procedures, practices, and employment compliance structure provides an opportunity for potentially serious problems to be identified.  Areas that could be enhanced with a slight adjustment will also be highlighted.

Compliance

  • Employment compliance includes a network of laws, requirements, and overlapping needs which we can help you navigate and maintain compliance.

Exit and Stay Interviews

  • After conducting conversations with your former employees and/or your brand-new employees, we summarize the information to determine the real reasons you’re losing valuable employees and how you can solve new-hire frustrations early on.  You can avoid early resignations and the loss of your highly productive employees.

Other

  • Job descriptions, employee investigations, compensation, pay practices, time-off policies and systems, employee file guidelines and retention, and more.
